This file requires VBRUN300.DLL (Visual Basic Runtime). To find it, type VBRUN on the search form that comes up when you click the Software Search icon on the main menu of the Windows Forum. This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL or VBRUN200.DLL. 

This program was written to allow the owner of a rental property to easily keep track of income and expenses and produce reports. It can be of tremendous help in filling out IRS Schedule E Supplemental Income and Loss, as the reports are set up in the same fashion. The program is also capable of keeping track of mileage related to operation of rental properties.

This version can keep track of one property; the registered version allows you to keep track of up to ten different properties.

Note: To install, run RENTAL.EXE
